All UC Merced students (undergraduate and graduate students) are encouraged to participate in the Research Week Showcase to present their research conducted at the institution to the broader campus and local community. Campus research groups, postdocs, and faculty PIs are also encouraged to highlight their work during the event to promote research and to attract new undergraduate students to their projects.

In addition to campus presenters, the Merced County Office of Education is collaborating to host the winners from the Merced County STEM Fair before the winners go on to the California Science & Engineering Fair. 

The entire community is invited to view and listen to presentations from UC Merced and from local Merced County schools. All of campus is invited to view posters and hear students’ presentations and learn about research at UC Merced.
