The 6-Day UC-Joint Carpentries workshop series aims to help researchers get their work done in less time and with less pain by teaching them basic research computing skills. These are hands-on workshops that will cover basic concepts and tools, including foundational R and Python coding, data management skills, and project version control with Git. The workshop series is designed for novices and you do not need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop.

This workshop series is for University of California faculty, graduate students, post-docs, researchers, and other staff.
