Treats N' Beats is a student-run event at UC Merced. The goal and purpose of this event is to instill passion, hospitality, innovation, and leadership among the student body. The event provides a secure environment for students to make lasting memories and socialize. Treats N' Beats is a Halloween-themed concert filled with fun carnival-style rides and games, delicious food, and great music from a special performing artist or DJ. Bobcats get the opportunity to dress up in a spirited costume and enjoy the event with friends. Treats N' Beats is one of the Campus Activities Board's biggest events, with thousands of students attending every year. Typically, the Large Scale Committee hosts Treats N' Beats every Halloween weekend!
