With midterms going on right now, the pre-vet club did not want their club members to have to worry about any additional stress such as another general meeting this week. Instead we wanted to put together a study session in its place, while not all students will have the same classes, and tutoring or help may not be able to be provided  since it is just student peers, it could allow for a safe and quiet space for students to study for their midterms and potential have the chance to work together if people have any like classes.
