AKPsi's first Philanthropy week ever! Five day event with tabling events 11am-2pm Tuesday-Friday on Scholars Lane, and activities in the evening for the same days. All clubs and greek organizations on campus will be invited to participate in this event, there will be a point system as well for the organizations to have an incentive for being the most present org for us in numbers for this week.

Tuesday: for tabling on this day we will be selling cupcakes from Mix Bakery for "cupcake for a pup's sake". This will be for funds as well as points. In the evening, our organization will host a meet and greet type of night and the activity will be to have participants make chew/play Toys for animals while getting to know the brothers and other participants. This event will be for points and the toys will also be used for Tuesday and Wednesday's "toy talks" during tabling hours. 

Wednesday: In the day we will have toy talks, which is a chance for participants to speak with brothers on a more personal level and build connections. Brothers will hand this toy to the participants to give back to our bookkeepers for points for their club or organization. In the evening we will be hosting an outdoor photo booth designed as a kissing booth for "smooch the pooch" in this event, if everything is approved, we plan to have 2-5 dogs on campus for the two hour event, This will be for funds as well as points for each photo taken with the dogs for their organization. 

Thursday: During tabling hours, we will be hosting toy talks again, same logistics, just will be second day of that specific event. Shortly after tabling, from 3:30-5:30 pm we plan to have stations throughout a block of the campus between S&E and COB where the organizations will look for clues (based on previous activities) that may lead them to a token with their organizations' names on it. This event will be held for points for attendance for the organizations.

Friday: During tabling, we will be hosting an eskite and aqua fresca fundraiser from la michoacana that will be for both a fundraiser open to any individuals on campus, and it will also count for points for the participating organizations. In the evening, 3:30-5:30 we will be we will be having a water-balloon dodgeball tournament in Elmer Murchie Park that will be open to all spectators, and depending on their places in the leaderboard, this will be the final activity that will have an opportunity to win more points for the organization. In the end of this activity, we will count the points and announce the winners of our philanthropy week. The winners also receive benefits from their efforts in fundraising and attendance.
