This Conference will feature several faculty and staff, such as professors, that specialize in Leadership and Empowerment in the business world or in their field. This is targeted for all students especially women and other minorities, and our goal is to inspire everyone to be leaders and empower other people around them no matter what environment they are in. It will feature 3 45 minute education sessions where students can choose which topic intrigues them the most and be able to listen to that speaker. It will also feature a 30 minute networking session, so that we can maximize our connections with the other people at the event. We will provide food for our attendees and guests as the event is all day from 11am to 4pm. We hope to inspire, motivate, and encourage our attendees to be leaders and empower others in the business world or in any career.
