The Business Society Entrepreneurship department wants to hold a small pop up on the university plaza on November 18th, 2023 from 12pm-4pm. This event will welcome around 30 vendors from local small shops around Merced as well as small online businesses. We want to host this event as we feel like it will be a great opportunity for vendors to gain more recognition for their talent and work by being able to have many students walking around looking and purchasing their products. We will also have music (DJ) , a picture area, and some picnic games. This will allow for students to not just go out and shop but to also bond with peers as well as to be able to have fun on campus as a lot of students don't have cars and are not able to easily move around.
