The second of four required trainings that RCOs must attend. RCOs must send at least 2 executive board members to attend each training, complete a quiz, and fill out attendance information as proof of attendance. There will be THREE sessions for Event Planning.

What is Event Planning?

* Members will gain information on how to request events and reserve spaces for those events.

* Learn how to plan for large scale outdoor events, including what you need to know from the Fire Marshall and regulations from OSI.

* Financial information that your club may need to smartly pay for your events.

The THREE sessions for Event Planning are:

* September 19th - 12 PM to 1 PM on ZOOM

* September 20th - 1 PM to 2 PM on ZOOM

* September 21st - 6 PM to 7 PM at COB 286 (IN PERSON)
