At Uc Merced the Black/African American population at is 4%. Additionally black men make up even less than that. The Black student Coalition saw a group within the black community being black men were unrepresented and under served and that will be mended with sting the first annual Brothers brunch to uplift black male students with a brunch activities and a guest speaker.
