This is our version of prom, come dressed in your best and favorite cultural clothing, and make sure to come ready to dance! This is going to be an event to let loose and relax!

I wanted to book the area from 6-11 pm even though our event would be from 7-10 pm, leaving an hour grace period on each end for setup and cleanup. The reason that we would like this area is because we want to host a Bollywood Bash, which is a dance mainly targeting the members of the South Asian Student Association. However, all UC Merced students are welcome to attend. We would like to host this event as a way for students to relax and have fun with their friends since the semester is starting to kick up.
