The 2024 Discovery Day provides participants with the opportunity to learn about the different areas of Firm Risk Management, participate in case studies, and learn more about next steps for applying to our 2025 Summer Analyst Program. Selected candidates will be invited to the event which will take place virtually on Tuesday, April 30th from 2:00PM - 4:00PM EST. Participation is limited and selected candidates will be notified directly. This program is open to applicants of any race, gender or other protected characteristic. All applicants must be graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2025 and May 2026. Program Focus Morgan Stanley prides itself on fostering an environment that promotes diverse talents and perspectives. This program has a strong emphasis on attracting populations who have experienced barriers to entry in the finance industry, including: Women, Hispanic, Black, veteran, disabled, LGBTQ+, first-generation college students and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Program Itinerary DISCOVER: Firm Risk Management During this session, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Firm Risk Management Division, including the areas represented in the Summer Analyst Program. After this session, you will be surveyed on what areas of Risk you are most interested in for future events. DISCOVER: Interview Skills You will have the chance to learn what Morgan Stanley looks for in candidates and learn best-practices for interviewing. WE DISCOVER: YOU During this session, you will work alongside other participants and showcase your critical thinking skills and teamwork in an interactive case study.
